  • We booked private lessons for our son Josh and it was a waste of time and money. After 5 lessons it was clear that his instructor doesn't know how to deal with small children. Josh loves to swim but he hated the lessons and didn't want to go to the next one. We talked to the owner about changing the instructor, but the answer was "no". We then asked about refund (as we had to prepay for 9 lessons), the answer was "no" again. At the end we left and lost over $200 in unused lessons...
