  • Always good and dependable Mexican food. Today I had the Barbacoa beef burrito. Very good, stuffed with rice, black beans, cheese, juicy and tender beef. Sided with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Family had the chicken burrito, same as mine but with chicken. The Steak Fajita was enjoyed with sizzling steak, marinated with Mexican mustard slather, with grilled onions and peppers on the side. Make your own tortillas on the side with guac, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Mad Mex is a good Mexican eatery.
