  • I came home one evening last week to find that my water heater had decided it was no longer for this world, and I had water all over my garage floor. After calling a few plumbing companies (to get prices & availability), I contacted American Home Water & Air (they have an emergency number). I spoke with Tom, who said he could have someone out to my place the next day. He gave me a 2-hour window for arrival time, but said they would call if they could come out earlier. He also gave me a quote over the phone for replacement of the water heater, and their pricing was lower than the other companies I had contacted. The next morning I was contacted by Angel, who said he could be at my home around 9am- and he showed up promptly! He was professional, took the time to answer my questions and advise me on how to maintain my new water heater, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Andgel did an excellent job, the price was just as quoted (even though the job took awhile), and I can confidentally give this company (and Angel) a 2-thumbs up!
