  • I didn't even get a chance to book a room here yet! I'm getting married and called inquiring about putting a block on some rooms for my out of town guests. I left a v/m for their supervisor, who never returned my call. I called the following week to follow up and a nice woman took down my info and said she would give it to the manager. The following week no call. I called again to follow up and was informed that the manager is out of town and would be back towards the end of the week. That time has come and gone and still no call back with any information. I tried calling one last time and no one even bothered to answer the phone. Wow!! Wasted 3 weeks, needless to say but I won't be staying here or referring my guests here either.
