  • RUN!!! My name is Madisyn, I am 25 and I have lived at Skysong since it opened (over 2 years) My roommate and I currently live on the bottom floor in a 2 bedroom. When we 1st moved in we were so impressed with the property, amenities and the management was so nice and helpful. Last year management was bought out and MMA moved in. Ever since then the place and customer service has gone to SHIT! Where do I start? The staff is extremely rude, LAZY AF and unprofessional. I am in sales and customer service for a living and anyone knows that the customer (resident) is always right. Not with MMA, they do not care to get to know you or build a relationship with you, you are a resident who pays rent and that is it. They don't even know my name or my apartment number when I walk in the office. The garage gates are broken LITERALLY every single day! You have to pay $45 dollars a month to park in the garage aka a "gated community" yet anyone and their Mom can drive in and out as they please. The trash room's are so upsetting and are never cleaned. Mine just so happens to be close to my front door so my hallway always smells like hot rotting garbage. Not sure why but they can't seem to get it under control and there is always trash piled up you can barley open the door and get your bag in there. A lot of people have dog's here and they fail to clean up after them because there is only 2 areas designated for your dog to use the bathroom meaning there is like 2 trash cans you can throw shit away in so there is always dog shit ALL over the grounds, you would think property management or maintenance would do a walk around each day and clean up but no it just sits there and melts in the sun. The hallways are open hallways so when there is a storm or haboob leaves and shit blow all over and pile up in corners and at your front door, again management and maintenance do not vacuum or clean this up they just leave it. The hallways also flood every time it rains so expect to see rotting and stained carpet and have fun walking through puddles of water. My fav memory here was when I bought a brand new car and parked it in a reserved spot I had BEEN parking in for the past 2 years well one day management decided these spots in the garage were now for maintenance workers only and they stuck a warning STICKER on my window. Ok let's recap here... property management (has my phone number and knows where I live) stuck a STICKER on the window of my BRAND NEW mercedes-benz. I had to go to the dealership and have them soak and scrape it off because I scratched my window attempting to get it off with a fork. They couldn't send an email or a text or put one of those annoying letters on my door or windshield? Nope! When confronting them about it they did't think it was wrong and they still continue to park in all the closest spots to the door in the garage as if they live there. It's like owning a coffee shop with only 10 parking spots and allowing all your employee's to park there vs. leaving them open for customers, They get paid to be there and I pay them to live there yet they park closer to the door then I do??? My lease is up this month (THANK GOD) and you couldn't pay me to stay here! This is not luxury living what so ever! I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!
