  • We have an Ashton Woods home in Gilbert, AZ. We have had several major concerns since moving in only four months ago. Our biggest frustration has been the lack of support from AW when problems arise. We had an uneven backyard fence that took over a month and a meeting with a supervisor to fix. We have major drainage issues from the roof over our entry way during rainstorms- you can't enter through the front door if it's raining hard without getting buckets of water dumped on your head. The one rainstorm we've had since building was completed has washed away a portion of our driveway. Finally, our air conditioner quit working yesterday. In Arizona in July, this is not a good thing. Unfortunately, Ashton Woods can't get anyone out to fix it for four days. They don't seem at all concerned that we paid a few hundred thousand dollars and are dissatisfied with their product. It doesn't seem they care much what happens after they have your money.
