I'm so sad I have to post this review because I wanted to love this place. I had a shellac mani pedi here by Lilly and she cut a hangnail too deep to the point where it started bleeding nonstop. She tried to make it stop with tissue paper and some green liquid that I guess stops bleeding, but she used her bare fingers when applying the green liquid. I should've seen that red flag to begin with. It wasn't painful at the time, but sure enough it started throbbing later that day. I tried polysporin and rubbing alcohol. A day passed, then two, then three, then finally 4 days until I got fed up with the pain I was experiencing and decided to go to the walk in. By this point it was pussing, bleeding, and I couldn't wear anything but flip flops. The doc took one look, immediately told me it was infected and put me on a very strong course of antibiotics (2 pills a day for 10 days). I have no doubt that the utensils weren't clean (never saw her take them out of a bag or any sterilizer) and her applying and the green liquid with her bare fingers ended up being the culprit. They barely offered an apology. Although the shellac job itself was good, my overall experience is super negative. They never cared enough to discount me for the pain experienced or even follow up and see how I was. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. If you make a mistake, own up to it: your credibility increases ten fold.
