  • Be carefully this is 100% scam the plain dealer. Be carefull to their Agent they selling papers at the stores. Dont be pity to them and buy that sabription . You Will be stuck. It tells you No hidden fee but they Will after certaintime. I just paid 40bucks for hidden fees. It says they cant do nothing and transferred you to the collection Agency so that they Will for sure get your money. Just like I did. The Plain Dealer is 100% scam.
