  • I purchased a chase and a sofa from Ashley on January 27 2016. It was scheduled for delivery this morning. Since they will not take your old couches away we donated them to habitat for humanity they picked them up yesterday. When the furniture arrived this morning it was the wrong color. Now I have no furniture until the reorder comes in. They store will tell you there is nothing they can do you must call corporate. Corporate will give you the run around. There only resolution is give you a loner until yours comes in, but if it stains or has any hair its yours and you pay for both. I have a wife with long hair and a five-year-old daughter and two dogs. No matter how well you try to take care of it there's going to be hair. Buyer beware definitely
