  • 8 out the 10 days I have stayed here on business when I go to use my key card I'd does not work. Have to wait outside my room for up to 30 minutes for security to let me in after going through the riot act then once in waiting up to 1 hour to have front desk to bring up new card keys. Very embarrassing, frustrating and disappointing. Double check before staying here.
