I cruised by 595 for lunch with 2 of my coworkers.
FOOD: The fried chicken skins were pretty bland. The sweet chili sauce was the only thing that saved it. I think they should use soy sauce + vinegar + chopped onions as a dip instead. Their signature banh mi was pretty good. It looks like they use higher quality ingredients. But, for $9 I don't think it's worth it .
SERVICE: 3/5. Im guessing it took around 15-20 min for all of us to our food.
AMBIENCE: 3/5. It's a small restaurant with a bar. It's quiet in there, too.
I may try 595 one more time. Mostly for the drinks though.
