I really do love to shop at Ross but they irritate the hell out of me with the way they tag and I don't know who to talk to because none of them seem to care how careless the tagging is. Frames have the stickers on the glass, so you have to come home and scrape the stickers off the frames and I usually purchase 3-6 at a time. UGH! Shoes have the sticker on the inside of the shoe, so guess what?.. you have to scrape it off and now the inside of the shoe is sticking to your foot! UGH!! I purchase journals and of course the stickers are stuck to the back and you can't always get them off completely. On more than one occasion I was already in the dressing room to find that they have put the security thing on the bra strap so now you can't adjust the bra strap to try it on properly! UGH!!! Really people, come on with the careless tagging. Just because you charge lower fees for products shouldn't mean that you don't care about the extra work consumers have to put in before or after purchasing. I have taken my concerns to more than one manager at the Surprise location and they just tell me to go online and contact corporate. Why don't you talk to corporate?
