  • This is the second time I have taken Bentley (Chocolate Lab) to this place to get groomed. The first time I stayed this time I left while Bentley was being groomed. IDK know if that made the difference but We will not be returning nor recommending anyone to this establishment. I paid $75 (hair shaving, bath, nails clipping, and teeth cleaning). Instead I got a hack job (shave), no teeth cleaning, shampoo left on dog, and ragged nail clipping. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Mind you no apologies, admission, or refund!
