  • Everything is 100% gluten free, so people who need to adhere to a strict gf diet can enjoy without worry! I sampled a little of many of the gf items that were available at the time (I went on a weekday right before closing, so they probably have more during peak hours). These included the carrot cake, lemon cake, brownie, and chocolate cake, but it was the raspberry tort that "took the cake"! I still fantasize about that raspberry tort, and need to make a trip to see them again :-) Also, the owners are a super-nice husband and wife team, with the wife being the primary food artist. She was caring enough to personally return a phone call on her day off, no less, and do her best to answer my questions about the ingredients she uses, and told me that her recipes are an evolving process (a true gluten-free baker!) I will be back.
