I simply tried to schedule a mammogram appointment my doctor had faxed in by calling the main SimonMed number. After being transferred by a very nice intake person, for the first two attempts I was on hold for 10 minutes each before I hung up and went to lunch. On my third attempt I decided to wait, and after 12 minutes of being on hold someone at this facility who didn't sound like she cared one iota finally answered. I said thank you but I will find another provider, because if it takes three calls and 12 minutes just to pick up the phone then I bet the other reviews about this site are fairly accurate. I have many options, and based on just my experience in trying to schedule an appointment I will be seeking another provider.
