  • If I could give 0 stars, I would! Manager Josh, in House Ware, has NO BUSINESS BEING A MANAGER!! My mother was attempting to make a return, and the Russian employee was very rude to her. When my mother asked for the manager, Josh, he was even more rude and condescending! He had a very surly, angry, unhelpful attitude. She had an online return that is a little hard to explain easily online, but the fact of the matter is that Josh is a disrespectful person who spoke down to her, patronized her, and was very sarcastic. We will never, never return to this Macy's.
