  • Meh. I rarely go to Petsmart, and it seems like every time I do, I'm disappointed. On this visit it was to pick up a completed online order. Except they didn't have the most important thing from our order actually in stock, and couldn't really be sure if it was in stock at other locations. Waste of time. I could have had it delivered with Amazon same-day faster than it took to hunt down another location that had it, and for less money. And if you don't join their club thing, they penalize you a huge amount on some items.
