  • I almost feel bad writing this because I have visited this salon for spray tans almost exclusively for the last several years. Unfortunately today was one of the worst spray tanning experiences I've ever had. I knew the girl was new and maybe I made her nervous, but her lack of confidence did not put me at ease while She was fidgeting with the sprayer and I was butt naked just hoping for a perfect sun kissed glow.....as soon as she started spraying me, I asked that she stop. She had no clue what she was doing. She could tell I was uncomfortable (because she was spraying me wrong) and told the more experienced manager would be back soon- but I didn't really have time to wait an hour. She convinced me to let her try again and so we did because she was so sweet. She skipped the prep, she continued to spray me sporadically and unevenly going over and over the same areas while completely missing others entirely. The whole thing got worse the longer I stood there. I even asked to spray my own feet. I literally left in tears afraid of how ridiculous I am going to look tomorrow. She kept repeating that it would wash off and look fine in a few hours but I've been doing this for years....there are obvious spots she didn't even spray. Every time I showed her an area that clearly was uneven (see wrists and inside of bicep on pics) she smiled and then didn't know what to do to fix it. I guess it was nice that she wanted to try. There is only one person who is consistently reliable when it comes to spray tans.....if you decide to test your fate... make sure you specifically request Brittney otherwise it just isn't worth it. I have high standards and she exceeds them every time.....but the risk of her not being there is too much for me. The prices are fair but Groupon can beat it if you're only going occasionally like myself. Bottom line.....If you're looking for a custom spray tan...my advice is to try somewhere else (unless Britney is there).....
