  • Brought my car here (9am) one morning because I had a screw in the tire. They didn't carry the tire as it was a "brand new car". I decided to leave the car there and get a lift to work as opposed to waiting for tire to come from North Las Vegas. That's was good call. Grossly misquoted on the time it would take to have the tire delivered. Supposed to be there by 11am. I called back at 1pm. Service guy says yea it's not here yet should be soon though (sounding completely unconfident). He proceeds to then tell me that the cabin filter and windshield wipers need to be changed and asks if I would "like to take care of that today". UH NO! I came for a tire. No need for you to look under the hood. After receiving the car after 3pm! I later notice that hood wasn't even securely closed. I've been to Tire Works a few times around time out of shear convenience never had a good experience. Skip this place if you can.
