  • From the beginning process of obtaining quote to completion of service, the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated the prompt Yelp and email response. I was given an hour window of arrival between 11AM - 12PM. Carla called me around 10:15AM to let me know that the house cleaner will arrive around Noon. It was very helpful because I didn't have to rush to go open the door for the cleaner. Rochelle the cleaner, was very professional but yes friendly. Spoke excellent English. She did an exceptional cleaning job!! I would highly recommend Wave House Cleaning and Rochelle!!
