  • I would rate ygnition as a 2 only because of the cheap price i pay monthly. however when it comes to customer service and channel selection- I never would have signed up with them if i would have known how disappointing ygnition really is. When I first signed up we had all the great channels for only like 50bucks (great channels meaning the animal planet, nfl channel, golf channel, ect... all the sports channels, the own channel) , then about 2 months ago we get a letter in the mail saying now we will only have to pay 40bucks a month (awesome right! or so we thought) and that next week we will be getting additional channels and that some channels would be removed. Well the next week there was no more animal planet, no more sports channels, no more anything. Instead they replaced them with the qvc channel, and some horse racing off track betting type channel - only you can not bet on the horses, just watch them, gay!! Not to mention that for the last like 4 months we've had to call and dispute our bill because its always wrong. My boyfriend finally asked to talk to a manager just to place a complaint and the customer service person said "its pointless to talk to a manager, hes not going to give you a free month!!" hello... excuse me... did we ask for a free month?? Simply wanted to place a complaint. The cable is constantly going out for like a day, certain channels will be out for weeks, tv guide is constantly wrong. ect. I definatly would not refer anyone to ygnition networking. Very disappointing :( Like i said though dont get me wrong, it is very affordable if all you want to watch is the news, cnn, like 5 kids channels, horse racing, and mtv- then it is definatly for you :)
