  • While I was in Texas with my boss we were driving down a high and it was not marked that we were on a toll road. Neither once of us had any idea that we were being charged 0.50$ to be on this road. Once Thrifty was charged, they then sent us a bill for $15.00 to pay the charge. Which means for no reason they profited $14.50. This is not good business to me and I use this company on every business trip. I don't know if we will continue to use their services after this experience.
