  • DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE 4/11/16 Updating my review today, all I wanted was one cleaning months ago, so I bought a Groupon. They just charged my card for another cleaning, then another $15 to cancel it. Unbelievable. They just get your CC info then wait for you to forget to cancel. So pissed off, luckily my Amex card is reversing the charges. Would be a great App if they didn't schedule appointments for you and run your credit card without asking. Bought a groupon for a 4 hr cleaning, was forced to sign up for regular service which was very annoying. My cleaning lady never showed up. I called her and she told me that nobody scheduled her to clean my house. No contact phone number for this service. I emailed them asking for my money back. They cancelled my account, and 10 days later, I still have no refund and no way to contact them other than email. Worst experience I have had from a cleaning company. ** My money was eventually refunded and they gave me a free hr of cleaning. I added on an additional 2 hrs and the lady showed up on time and did a great job. I will be using them again next month. If it goes well again I will up the rating. The cell phone APP is very easy to use and this could be a fantastic turn around from my original experience.
