  • They totally ripped me off! My second time in the salon and I was there for 4 hours!! I have thick hair so it's I knew it would take longer to put the foils in my hair. But I had my head in the bowl for 40 min. they did a toner and 2 other treatments that I didn't ask for. My neck was so sore the next day. I go to check out and it was $245. They charged me $125 for the highlights and their website says $115, they charged me $75 for a haircut their website says $45. I got a trim!! They charged me $25 for the toner, I've NEVER been to a salon where they have charged me for toner, I don't want it! I didn't ask for it. Not done..they charged me $20 for an extra bowl of color. I'll pay for a good haircut but they ripped me off!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I would say my hair is okay..looks better but for what I paid I wish my roots didn't look so dark. Be VERY careful going here..
