  • Word to reservations manager, your reservation person named Sylvia I'd absolutely rude and should not be representing your hotel! When she answered the phone she didn't even say "how can I assist you"! She was also very condescending. Tip: call her yourself and you'll be able to get hoe much of a negative impression she gives to your hotel! Horrible!!!
