  • Enjoyed a spectacular meal with colleagues on a weeknight. Fiamma does not disappoint when it comes to service and quality of the meal by Vegas standards. It was a busy night, it was the same week that the MGM was hosting the ACM's but we were sat right away and the service was very good through out the night. We ordered the octopus as an appetizer and enjoyed the seafood Chopin, short rib ravioli and spaghetti w/ meatballs for the entrees. The seafood was fresh and it seemed like the pasta was made in house. It definitely wasn't out of a box! It's easy to just walk by this place, but make it a point to enjoy a meal.
