  • Exceeded expectations! New favorite spot. I work on the strip and am responsible for making reservations for guests. My colleagues have always recommended Sage, but I hadn't been myself. I was seriously missing out! Sage blew me away, from the friendly and welcoming hostesses, to the live classical covers of classic rock songs, to our AMAZING server, John. John inquired about any food allergies, which was wonderful because my cousin does have an allergy. He was extremely familiar with each dish and was able to keep up with my extremely inquisitive family. He made great recommendations, the pork was unreal and I order the scallops which were prepared perfectly. Their menu is small, compared to other places, but I didn't feel like it was lacking in any regard. The cocktail list is comprehensive and truly well-crafted. It guides you in choosing the right beverage that compliments you meal, which was a great touch. If you want to treat yourself to a very unique experience, order "The Flask". Thank you, John for providing my family with one of our best dining experiences. The thing is, you can dine at a great restaurant, spend a few hundred dollars and feel like it wasn't worth it because of poor service... John absolutely emulated what it means to be a server at a fine dining establishment. Thank you for all you do. It makes all of the difference when an employee seems to love their job. Also- thank you for chasing me down and hand delivering my purse which I so carelessly forgot. (Three glasses of wine has that affect on me). Caroline
