  • I'm glad to live in Phoenix!! The Phoenix police officers are everywhere, and their response time is great! Today I had to call the Scottsdale police after an incident at Horizon Dog Park. Some jerk was coaching baseball, while leaving his German Shepherd unattended in the dog park. There were a ton of small children interacting with the dog, and when I confronted a group of men at the baseball diamond- regarding ownership of the dog- they were a bunch of jerks. I was told that a Scottsdale Cruiser would be arriving shortly........after 35 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I will not return to this dog park again! Scottsdale arrogant attitude mixed in with slow PD service = thank goodness I live in Phoenix! No thank you.
