  • I went to order cupcakes for a birthday party 5 days before the date and the order process is so complicated that I had to order at another bakery. The employees seem so busy that they really don't want additional orders!! They don't decorate any cupcakes without a 3 week notice based on fondant orders for the month of June. They only make the flavors that they are already making that day!!!! You can't order a special flavor!!!!! I really tried to order this for my son's birthday but the only option was colored sprinkles for a decoration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
