  • Do NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! We took my mother's dog to this groomer. One of her dogs walked out with a limp in her back leg. Groomer LEAH claimed nothing happened (of course she would say that... job is on the line.) I use to have them come groom my cat and should have learned my lesson then. My cat was so traumatized from his last cut his hair didn't grow for over a year!!!! I should have learned my lesson then but I thought the dog experience would be different. I called and complained and they told me they needed a Vet note!!! What! we paid $200 and now you want me to pay for a vet to confirm a limp. Grooming manger tried to help me but had no offer of any sort on how to help me. The manager seemed sympathetic but said she needed to talk to the owners and I have not heard back and its been more then a week! I am so disgusted and appalled that this place care very little about their pet clients. I have reported them to the state to investigate the treatment of the animals they "groom". DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
