Last night we ordered food from dragon fly through Foodie call. We wanted to do pick up, but the lady who was at the hostess/ cashier stand gave our food order to a driver for delivery. We understand we things get busy there is gonna be mess up, but she kept refuse to take responsibility and said its not her fault. After the food came back from the driver, the hostess refused to remake our food. They food has been out for like 40 mins in the cold air and we need to drive 20 mins back home. We had to get angry for her to remake the food. The food tasted alright but we wouldn't go back again due the service experience.
