  • Wow, I received a written response from this salon basically calling me a liar. There was no attempt what so ever to "accommodate" in any fashion. I was told that the manicurist had "packed up" already and couldn't take me. I was told "sorry". No other alternative was even offered! I would have been more than willing to wait but since it was never offered I could hardly accept. This place is unethical. I will be telling ALL of my friends about this absolute JOKE of a salon. This salon can't even be honest about there mistakes.
