  • While temporarily living in Tempe, I had to ship from this UPS store multiple times. Unfortunately, the service at this specific location was poor at best. On one visit a younger employee treated me like I had zero knowledge on shipping, and was rude. On my last and final visit today, I left feeling like I was overcharged ($9 for a cardboard box), and once again was treated poorly, especially for spending $100+. I would recommend avoiding this location, and taking your business elsewhere. I personally will not recommend to friends, or return.
