  • I was looking for an extra large area rug and found a good selection on display here. My sales associate was B. Young and he did it just right -- showed me where they were and how they were arranged, then said, "I know you want to look through them yourself. I'll be nearby if you need me." I observed another associate do the same with a different customer, so it may be a reflection of good, customer-focused training. On top of that they were very personable. After finding the style I liked, B. helped confirm it was available in the size I needed and placed the order very efficiently. He explained their return policy (no returns on special orders) and found the right rug pad. I had done quite a bit of research and The Dump was not the cheapest option -- for rugs or furniture, but I had a good experience. Will update when the rug arrives.
