  • A few years ago, Periwinkle Cottage was advertised in Romantic Cottages magazine. I stopped there on the way to Vegas to check it out and I LOVED it! They had lots of charming gifts that were new (and some retro style). I spent over an hour there and bought $100 worth of stuff. I was there again yesterday - but sorely disappointed. I knew things had changed. It is nothing more than an over priced antique store now. It has a variety of items, all crammed together with hardly any room to turn around. Not my kind of place, but perhaps for die-hard antique shoppers it isn't so bad.
