  • Brought my phone into Apple because the screen was just not working, but they would not honor my warranty because of the "physical damage." Why else would I buy Apple Care and have it not work? Just to have the pretty box? The person helping me recommended I check out IPhone Doctor. Went in and Brandon was very helpful and made the entire experience easier. It was nice not to be given a bunch of bs run around about why they couldn't fix my phone. Was in and out in under 30 minutes and their repairs even come with a warranty! Thanks, IPhone Doctor!
