| - First let me start off with, this is the WORST nationwide vision I have EVER been too, all the girls at front desk are ignorant, immature, rude and uneducated. They need new staff, if they don't get no new staff I will defiantly go find another location. And wait it gets better!!! I went in Friday at about 11:00 am. To order new glasses because my other pair broke so I picked out which ones I wanted, I ended up paying 90.00 dollars there after my insurance covered most. The guy told me my card didn't go through, (knowing I have money on my card) I said that's strange. So I left to go to my bank and ask them why am I getting denied at nationwide and they said I didn't the transaction went through, this guy swiped my card 5 times!! So I print out a statement of my account to bring to nationwide saying they took the money and It DID go through, the guy calls corporate and they say they have nothing on record that I purchased anything from there! I'm so mad, I called corporate I called everybody and nobody wants to give me a call back so I took this in my own hands. If I can put ZERO stars I would, there not even worth a half a star. Such a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN ! But end of story is I NEVER GOT MY GLASSES STILL EVER THOUGHT THEY TO OK IT OUT MY ACCOUNT. and on top of that I paid a extra 20 dollars to get my glasses shipped 1-2 days because I needed them really bad, they were suppose to be here today and there not, the system is still saying my transition never went through but my bank statement says to differ. Somebody needs to take action about this and give me a call back !!!
