  • Honor Immediate Care took over John C Lincoln Gavilan Peak Family Practice. The staff seems overworked, hence not particularly friendly, and the waits are way too long. I seriously thought about driving myself to the emergency room because with each hour it was clear they weren't following a first in-first out plan for immediate care, nor one that put people with a serious condition first. Overall cleanliness of the waiting room was also deteriorated from past experience with the provider. The floor had black stains and it had not rained. A redeeming aspect is that the doctors and physician assistants are very caring and good at what they do and exude kindness.
