  • I went to this office in a lot of pain, for a wisdom tooth extraction. I have insurance that covers it in full. After 2 hours for xrays and an exam I was told my tooth would be pulled. Then the office manager came in and advised me they would have to do a bone graft also, ( their policy after an extraction) which is $400 and not covered. I wasn't able to pay and was offered a payment plan with $160 down, how nice of them for an unnecessary procedure, it felt like extortion. So I left in pain (even had to ask for a script for pain meds).How they could let someone leave in pain like that when insurance would pay for what I actually needed done was despicable. I did some research and the graft IS NOT a standard of care, although it may be recommended if the extraction is in the "smile line", this was a wisdom tooth in the back of my damn mouth. I believe they are trying to pad their bills or collect cash payments for unnecessary procedures, STAY AWAY
