  • As I am currently sitting in the lobby of Preppy Pet Tempe I am fighting back the urge to express how I really feel to the staff sitting behind the desk. My appointment was at 11am and it is now just past 4:30pm. I have been coming here for my past three grooming sessions and have left pleased each time. This time is unfortunately not as pleasing of an experience. Other than the fact that what usually takes 1-2 hrs has now turned into a 5.5 hr trip to the groomers (currently still do not have my pup) but the staff have continually been unrealistic about how much more time it will take to finish the job. I was told that they are short staffed however I did not find that out till 3hrs into this ordeal when I asked the staff member what the reason was for such an elongated process. I'm frustrated. Unfortunately will not be returning simply because it's difficult to trust them going forward. When it comes to my dog I have a very short leash in regards to grooming and the expectations set around the experience.
