  • Um... I liked the Tater Tots? This food truck came to my work today, and I decided to try a dog. I ordered a Polish Dog on a regular bun, and some regular tater tots. I like Polish Dogs...when they aren't like this one. Everything about this was dry; my bun, the dog...just...very dry. The skin was tough, and the insides were flavorless and chewy (oh, and they do the fun thing where the meat and bun are different sizes so you get lots of bun!) I took two bites of the thing and decided it was not worth powering through the rest. It could be possible they overcook their meats, and used semi-stale bread to help provide a base for the all of the cheese, chili, and toppings loading options they have on the menu. If you go, try one of those. There might be some flavor in there.
