Edit from earlier review. See below for original. I just went in there to actually make the return. What a disaster. Everyone made made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They treated me as if I was lying.
What an embarrassing and awkward situation. I do not think I will be shopping at this store again. Despite having regularly shopped here for the last three years.

Super impressed with the customer service. I bought a bunch of essential oils and a diffuser from here. The Aura Cacia diffuser is TERRIBLE. Does not work at all. I had already thrown away my receipt and figured Sprouts was not to blame. So I contacted Aura Cacia, who were no help at all. They refused to help in any way without a receipt. Decided to call Sprouts, just to see if they would do anything for me. Did not want to be stuck with a worthless $30 diffuser and aura cacia be $30 better off for their awful product. Carol was friendly and told me I could do an exchange. Will be going in there later today. Feeling super grateful. Thank you Sprouts for backing up your customer. And for standing by the products you sell. Amazing that you would go above and beyond, when the company who made the product will not. I am officially a customer for life!
