rev:text	Do not waste your time and insurance money on this practice!! I read their practice's bio and it is very encouraging and On Dr. Schwartz bio she had stated that she treats her every patient as if she was her sister/mother. Her hope for every patient is that their visit/childbirth experience would be empowering and positive, but my experience was completely different. When my family and i 1st met Dr. Schwartz i thought to myself she must not like her sister very much as i didn't feel like i was empowered and positive. On our 1st meeting she took a quick 5 min. ultrasound and did not bother to get to know me or even talk to my family. She spoke with her Nurse practitioner and left. Generally it made us feel like we were such an inconvenience to her day. Last week Wed. i just had my anatomy scan, the next day their receptionist called me at work to tell me that Tracy (Nurse practitioner) needed to talk to me. I waited for almost 10 mins and needed to hang up as i was at work. Few mins. later Tracy called and left a voicemail stating that she will only be in the office for a short time and she wont be back until Monday. She needed just 2 mins. of my time as she wanted to talk regarding my anatomy scan. Although she has stated that its nothing urgent but that made me feel nervous i felt as if there's something abnormal from the scan. I called back and the receptionist told me that Tracy was with a patient, i told her that i was returning Tracy's call and to please tell her to call me back before she leave for the weekend, she said she will. 1 hour later i called them back and asked for Tracy, the receptionist told me that she had already left and they will have her call me back the next day. I told her that Tracy had stated that she wont be back until Monday. The receptionist had no clue that she wont be there and she said i had to wait until Tracy is back. I asked her if there's any notes from Tracy that she left for me or can she call her on her personal# as i was staring to panic and eager to know what the results are. She stated that they do not keep their personal# on file and that there's no notes from Tracy. That made me think that their practice doesn't communicate to each other well. I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist and i demanded that i need to know the result within that day due to having increasing stress as i wanted to know my results and i am not going spend my weekend being worried. She then stated that she will get another Nurse to look into my anatomy scan results and give me a call back. It was a few hours until their office closes and i made her promised me that they will call me back by the end of the day. Before 5pm i called again and explained that i was calling back for the results and given her all my info, the receptionist that i spoke to had no clue what i was talking about. That got me to a point that i was pissed and asked her if their practice ever leave/take notes on patient's file(i know it is crucial to take patient's notes whenever a patient calls, as i used to work in the medical field). The receptionist asked me who i spoke to i said i had no clue as i was expecting that they would leave notes. She put me on hold for a few minutes and when she came back she stated that the Nurse practitioner will call me within that day. The Nurse practitioner named Jen did call me and explained the results throughly and was nice enough to apologize, but i had spent my day stressed that their would be a problem and the additional frustration of the front office's lack of communication and note taking added to my concern on this practice. There have been a number of small incidents at that office that gave me concern. Basically this made me feel like i am just another money maker and not treated with any personal concern. They are not welcoming and they're very unprofessional. I was fooled by Dr. Schwartz and their practice's bio as they're not true.
