  • Maybe ramen just isn't my thing. I had it a couple times at a place down the street and enjoyed it. Tonight, was one of the saddest eating experiences of my life. I took like 9 bites and just couldn't eat anymore because I disliked it so much. I got the tonkotsu shoyo. Just something about the broth tasted so bad to me. Like something in my brain telling me that I shouldn't be eating it. But every other review seems to think it's fantastic. The meat in it was okay. And I'm sure their noodles are prepared correctly but they were too hard for my taste. Price was reasonable at $7.77 but my mouth is in a state of morning. My wife is Asian and she liked what she got. Maybe my whiteness stops me from enjoying Japanese Ramen. Atmosphere is cute, intimate and quiet but won't be back.
