  • I flew Porter round trip from Washington DC to Toronto. I'm terribly afraid of flying especially in smaller aircrafts but decided to give it a shot (180$ round trip, cannot beat that). First of all, the interior of the planes are NOT falling apart. In fact, they are quite nice with leather seats throughout. The plane is somewhat loud but not unbearable or overbearing- nothing bose headphones couldn't help with. As far as turbulence, the trip there was incredibly smooth and the way back had some turbulence but nothing significant. The lounge in Toronto (but not DC) had free water, sodas, snacks, etc. And yes, the flight gives a glass of wine as well. I did not experience any delays but of course have only flown this airline once. Overall, I was really pleased with my experience and would fly porter again. PS- the views of Toronto on the plane were to die for.
