  • I called to receive a quote for my upcoming move next month and was told I would get a call back within 15 min and now days later still have not received a call back. Way too many other companies to choose from to waste my time with a company who doesn't even respect a new customers time and business by not even having the decency to return a call as promised. The definition of poor service.
