  • My husband and I actually live at the point south mountain but we have stairs in our house so when my older parents came to town they wanted a hotel close to us with no stairs so we set them up at the grand. Expectations not only met but surpassed! This resort is stunning the water park is beautiful! The rooms are so comfy and spacious! Rhonda at the the lobby bar gave exceptional service! Manager Nick Wagner was extremely kind and patient when we had some check in issues that actually ended up being my fault, my bad?. Stay here it's amazing
