  • I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews here, but they are pretty dated by now. Perhaps there has been some turnover in staff. I've rented for here at least ten times, and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is notably friendly and helpful, and cars have always been clean and in good condition. Checkout and return is always fast, and pleasant. It's become my favorite place to rent in the Pittsburgh area, for any company.
