  • I love Step By Step. I have never had difficulties reaching someone to schedule an appointment and emergency appointments are often available the same day. The practitioners have wonderful bedside manner, respectfully treating my young sons and kindly listening and responding to any questions or concerns that I have. The after hours advice care is also excellent. During cold and flu season, they also offer urgent care on Saturday mornings. How I wish that I could find a general practice for my husband and I that I like as much!
