I've been going to this Fry's for the last several years, and in the past year or so my husband and I have both had a variety of really negative customer service experiences. Their checkout employees (especially the ones who handle self-checkout) are rude, disrespectful to customers, and take every opportunity they can to blame the customer for something in their system that doesn't work. I've complained to a manager about one employee, and the next time I was there she was just as rude to another customer. My husband has even called the corporate office because of the treatment he's received at this location. It's unfortunate that it's so close to my house, but it's worth it to start driving out of my way.
